Hi Friends and Family,
I
am writing to you with exciting news!
I have decided to go to Africa this summer for two weeks with Visiting
Orphans. I will be in Ethiopia and
Uganda, each for a week. I will be
gone from the 20th of June to the 4th of July. I have already raised all my
funds! However, I would still love
to have your support.
There
are two ways you can get involved with my trip. First, you can read my blog and pray for me and my team. I will be posting prayer request,
hopefully pictures if the internet is quick enough and records of my time in
Africa. I know God has great plans
for our time in Africa. I would
love if you would pray that my time in Africa would glorify God, that he will
show his power through me.
Secondly,
I have a list of supplies and items that would be awesome to bring with me for
the ministries we will be working with!

Baby formula – any kind is GREAT!! For HIV positive mothers nursing their
babies exposes them to the risk of HIV.
So with no other option many mothers must face the decision as to give
their baby HIV or risk their starvation, the good news is with formula she
doesn’t have to face either of those situations!
